Job Description:

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes or community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Support clients in achieving their personal goals and promoting independence.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and report on clients’ progress and well-being.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a support worker or similar role is preferred.
• A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in healthcare or social work are advantageous.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
