Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Officer to join our team and support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a professional service to the business by welcoming all clients, visitors and guests in a friendly manner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order.
  • Support HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administration Officer or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
