Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming attitude.
  • Manage appointment schedules and patient records.
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries efficiently.
  • Ensuring that patients understand what they need to bring with them and arranging necessary investigations associated with the consultation.
  • Responding to and solving patient interactions at first contact or directing the interaction.
  • Consistently delivering a high quality of customer service to our customers
  • Accurate data entry into xxxx software and audit modules.
  • Providing assistance to the Practice Manager as required.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised office space.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Previous experience in a medical setting is a plus, but not required.
